We started Barden & Barden to help people who want justice and accountability when faced with a serious injury or illegal employment practice. Whether you have been wrongfully injured or are having a problem in the workplace, we provide guidance and advocacy so you don't have to deal with the situation on your own. With our knowledge and experience, we are able to use the applicable laws to help bring fairness and justice to the situation. We believe strongly in the legal system's ability to protect rights, compensate victims, and achieve justice. However, the legal system cannot help you if you don't know how to use it effectively. Being able to help our clients through the legal stresses caused by an injury or workplace issue is what we are here for.
Barden & Barden was founded in 2016 by attorneys Heather Barden and Jed Barden. We started the business because we wanted to create a forward-thinking law firm that was focused on the client experience. While working at other law firms before starting Barden & Barden, we grew dissatisfied with the way most law firms were run. We both recognized that we needed to start our own firm to help people the way we felt best. In a changing world with increasing transparency, we desired to practice law in a different and better way, a way that puts our clients' needs first and foremost in our business model. Thus, Barden & Barden was born.
We decided to focus our new firm on injury and employment cases because of our personal experience and interest in those situations. Between the two of us, we have worked at nearly every level of court handling both civil and criminal cases. With this experience, we feel that working on injury and employment cases provides us the best opportunity to help people who, without our assistance, would not be able to obtain the justice they deserve.
We keep our firm small so that we can provide dedicated representation to a select number of clients. Our individualized approach allows us to learn about each client's situation and determine the best path forward. The best part of our job is getting to know each of our clients and helping them resolve their case. Although we cannot take every case, we would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you about your situation.
